If the freelancer you hired on Fiverr sent you image(s) and/or video(s) in delivery on the order page,

I am a level-2 seller on Fiverr and it has happened lots of times to me.
When buyers see the watermarks they think that maybe I do not want to give them the pictures without watermarks.
Let me explain what exactly happens.
Why there is a watermark on Fiverr images/videos in delivery?
On the seller/freelancer side, there is an option with each gig to hide and show a Fiverr watermark on delivered files.
Normally, most freelancers have turned this option ON because when freelancers have turned this option ON, the buyers are not able to get the final files from delivery without marking the order complete.
The amount of the order stays in the Fiverr escrow until the work is accepted and the order gets marked complete by the buyer.
And the amount of the order is only released to the seller/freelancer when the buyer completes the order.
Why most sellers/freelancers do not disable this watermark option?
If sellers/freelancers turn OFF this option, it is not good for them.
Because I have seen in the past where freelancers turned off this option and the buyer got the final file from the delivery after that buyer canceled the order and like this, the buyer also got the work for free without paying the freelancer for his time and efforts.
Not all buyers do this but there are chances of happening this therefore freelancers on Fiverr prefer to keep this option turned ON.
How to remove Fiverr watermark?
When buyers see these watermarks on the image(s) and/or video(s) on the delivery page, they misunderstood it and think that the freelancer wants to give them the files with the Fiverr watermark.
Actually, that freelancer had turned ON the watermark option due to which Fiverr automatically generates Fiverr watermarks on the delivery images/videos.
And the purpose of these watermarks is that buyer can check if the work has been done according to requirements or need any modification.
Then if the buyer needs any modification they can ask for the modification/revision from the seller/freelancer, and if everything is good then the buyer can simply mark the order complete.
When a buyer marks the order complete and refreshes the order page, the watermark gets removed automatically from the images or videos.
And the buyer is able to download them without Fiverr’s watermark. And the amount of the order is released to the freelancer/seller.
